Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize production processes at PEGATEX ARTECOLA S A S., managing personnel, reviewing orders, controlling inventories, and proposing improvements. We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize production processes at PEGATEX ARTECOLA S A S. Responsibilities: Take action when shortages occur in personnel, product, raw materials, or packaging materials. Schedule personnel weekly (assigning shifts for the upcoming week—not machinery). Receive and review previously registered production orders, and generate cost and material consumption analyses for these orders. Verify consistency between materials used and those recorded in the JDE system; likewise, verify finished units per work order and report any deviations found. Report daily operational information—including absenteeism, number of operators per area—and other requested data to the Operations Management team. Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions that enhance processes. Periodically compare JDE system bulk product inventories and plant balances, non-conforming product vs. physically verified quantities with forklift operators, and report anomalies to the Production Management team. Accompany tank measurement activities conducted by personnel working at heights. Perform one plant-wide cycle count daily. Close service orders and work orders for toll manufacturing (Blister and Grinding). Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience managing production processes or performing tasks related to production orders. Proficiency in systems, especially ERP software. Knowledge of production management techniques. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Benefits: We offer a collaborative work environment. Cafeteria.
