Identify technical deviations and propose corrective actions A leading company in the technical supervision and monitoring sector is seeking a Technical Supervision Resident, who will be responsible for ensuring technical, regulatory, and quality compliance in VIS or VIP housing construction projects. Profile Requirements: Civil Engineering professional. Valid professional license. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Supervision Resident, Monitoring Officer, or in related roles within construction projects. Solid knowledge of NSR-10 regulations, construction permits, and construction quality control. Experience in technical monitoring, design review, material control, and construction processes. Proficiency in preparing technical reports and liaising with regulatory authorities. Main Responsibilities: Supervise technical construction execution according to drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Verify compliance with quality standards for materials and construction processes. Prepare technical progress and findings reports. Coordinate with contractors, designers, and monitoring officers. Identify technical deviations and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with structural and safety regulations.
