Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying the technical compliance of construction works, monitoring schedules, preparing reports, and documenting findings and non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical compliance verification of construction works 2. Schedule monitoring and quality control 3. Documentation of novelties and technical observations 1. Verify technical compliance of construction works according to drawings, specifications, and contractual scope. 2. Continuously monitor the execution schedule, identifying deviations and risks of non-compliance. 3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify executed quantities and contractor's payment supporting documents. 4. Issue technical observations and formal requirements regarding quality, schedule, or scope non-compliances. 5. Document novelties, findings, and non-conformities through technical records, minutes, and photographic evidence. Participate in construction meetings and follow up on commitments. Verify compliance with SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) conditions and good construction practices. Maintain documentary traceability of supervision decisions and observations.
