Stable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. Base salary: $1,750,000 + Transportation allowance + Social benefits. On-site work in the Cedritos neighborhood, Bogotá. Minimum required experience: 1 year in customer service, collections, credit creation, reporting, and report generation. Previous experience as an operational or administrative assistant. Proficiency in telephone and digital channels (WhatsApp, email). Knowledge of office software, Internet, Google Drive, and document writing.
