We seek a dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented individual responsible for sourcing candidates for the company’s various vacancies, guaranteeing a consistent flow of personnel aligned with required profiles. Responsibilities * Post job openings on various employment portals and recruitment networks. * Conduct active candidate sourcing through diverse channels. * Screen resumes according to requested profiles. * Contact candidates to verify information and availability. * Schedule interviews for candidates to proceed with the selection process. * Maintain up-to-date candidate databases. * Manage talent attraction campaigns and strategies. * Monitor achievement of recruitment targets. * Support timely filling of assigned vacancies. Requirements * High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or university student in administrative, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Minimum 6 months of experience in personnel recruitment**, preferably in mass recruitment processes. * Experience using employment portals and diverse recruitment sources. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Excellent communication skills, service orientation, organizational ability, and goal-driven mindset. Working Conditions * **Location:** Bogotá D.C. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Salary:** Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV) \+ transportation allowance \+ statutory benefits. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract.
