Support procurement management and negotiations with suppliers. 2. Ensure complete documentation in procurement and import processes. 3. Analyze international transportation rates for the warehouse. A reputable company in the sector is currently seeking a Procurement and Import Assistant — open to candidates from any city in Colombia! — with solid experience in processes such as: Supporting procurement management related to negotiations with suppliers Placing customer orders with suppliers when required. Tracking shipments until arrival at the destination port or warehouse Ensuring all documentation associated with procurement and import processes is complete and properly organized. Analyzing market rates for international transportation to the warehouse What will be your challenge? Provide support in planning, executing, and controlling procurement and import processes, ensuring timely and efficient supply of materials, spare parts, and equipment necessary for the company’s proper operation. Candidate Profile: Education: Technical or technological degree in Importation. English level B1 Experience: Minimum 2 years. We Offer: Salary: COP 2,300,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:39 p.m., and Saturdays (virtual), 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract.
