Job Summary: A major manufacturing company is seeking a CEDI Analyst to ensure deliveries and customer satisfaction by coordinating logistics and transportation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident reporting and corrective actions A prominent manufacturer in the home appliance production sector is currently seeking a CEDI Analyst for Funza. Job Objective: Ensure timely delivery of orders generated by the sales department by scheduling appointments and tracking them to guarantee compliance and end-customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Maintain an updated contact directory for customers and carriers. Receive and organize orders according to dispatch priorities and routes. Confirm contact information with relevant departments. Track orders from request initiation through appointment confirmation. Coordinate delivery scheduling with the logistics and transportation departments. Ensure compliance with internal distribution policies. Report incidents or delays and propose corrective actions. Among others. Competencies: Teamwork, assertive communication, customer service, frustration management, working under pressure. Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles. Formal Education: Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or related fields. Complementary Education: Intermediate Excel proficiency and knowledge of logistics or distribution information systems. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Salary: COP 1,966,000 plus statutory benefits + transportation allowance.
