Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities, compliance with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management, and participation in improvements to inventory control processes. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to meet company requirements. \- Develop a strategic plan for the logistics area aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Ensure adherence to the client-specific schedule for daily cyclic count reporting. + Fulfill client-agreed reporting requirements for cyclic inventories (frequency). + Determine ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature requirements. + Monitor implementation of Good Storage Practices. + Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Monitor inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific inventory indicators—including potential process improvement opportunities—to the Inventory Coordinator. + Organize team work assignments. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC / TACTICAL / SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent experience accepted * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service mindset * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: total work experience and specific experience required for performing this role **Specific Experience:** * Minimum 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Internal UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
