Responsible for executing the work plan to properly achieve operational area objectives and meet agreed inventory accuracy levels with clients. Ensure proper execution of warehouse operational activities, compliance with standards and procedures established by Inventory Coordination and/or Operations Management, and participation in process improvements related to inventory control. **Responsibilities:** * \- Optimize resources to comply with company requirements. \- Develop a strategic plan for the logistics area aligned with company objectives to ensure inventory accuracy levels. + Ensure adherence to the client-specific schedule for daily cyclic count reporting. + Fulfill client-agreed reporting requirements for cyclic inventories (frequency). + Determine ABC inventory classification per client (picking productivity). + Participate in coordination and execution of annual W2W inventories across various accounts. + Audit proper product storage according to quality/temperature requirements. + Oversee the implementation of Good Storage Practices. + Comply with and enforce the company’s quality policy. + Prepare annual reports documenting changes, improvements, or issues identified across various accounts. + Monitor inventory levels for each account. + Report account-specific inventory indicators—including potential process improvement opportunities—to the Inventory Coordinator. + Organize team workflow. + Know and apply Good Documentation Practices. **Qualifications:** * Position Level: STRATEGIC TACTICAL SUPPORT * High School Diploma * Technical Degree (4 Semesters) * Technological Degree (6 Semesters) * Equivalent with experience * BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS * Specific Experience, Knowledge, and Technical Skills * Intermediate Office / Excel \- Inventory control knowledge **Additional Skills:** * Results-oriented * Effective communication * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Leadership * Experience: total work experience and specific experience required for this role **Specific Experience:** * Minimum 6 months Location: Bogota **Employee Type:** Intern UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
