If you possess the qualities and motivation to lead yourself or teams, roles are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Description:** Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring activities assigned to their role, and coordinating with the warehouse manager on warehouse-related plans and improvements. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure warehouse assistants perform temperature and relative humidity measurements in the warehouse according to frequencies established in the procedure, under ambient or controlled environmental conditions. * Ensure and/or operate the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory management. * Ensure proper handling of import documentation and invoices, complying with technical management guidelines so they may be authorized by technical management, and control and report quantities of approved processed products, taking into account their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. * Ensure and verify compliance with Good Warehousing Practices in the warehouse. * Ensure and control access to the warehouse by visitors, staff, and suppliers, safeguarding compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety. * Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review per established standards, and reporting accordingly. * Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization. * Be familiar with various customer agreements; prepare a service quality statistic measuring agreed-upon parameters, performed at least monthly (unless otherwise specified by the customer). * Prepare monthly operational indicators for overall warehouse operations. **Requirements:** Education: Minimum high school diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar roles Availability to work onsite in Siberia Grade 004 Schedule: Monday to Saturday Work Modality: Onsite **Type of Employment:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
