Job Summary: We are seeking a Lawyer to provide legal advisory services and ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability of the cooperative, as well as to advise members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advisory services to the cooperative 2. Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability 3. Provide advisory services to members Cooperativa Mundial de Transportadores Ltda requires: Lawyer • A legally qualified professional. • Preferably specialized in labor law and social security Specific Knowledge: • Civil law, especially regarding civil contractual liability (CCL) and civil extra-contractual liability (CECL) proceedings. • Legal conciliation. • Handling administrative, criminal, civil, and labor proceedings. • Strategic litigation. • National Traffic Code (Law 769 of 2002). • Traffic contravention proceedings. • Knowledge of solidarity economy. Main Responsibilities: • Represent the cooperative legally as legal advisor. • Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability of the cooperative. • Safeguard the cooperative's rights through honest and transparent professional practice. • Review judicial proceedings. • Submit reports on their activities to the General Assembly, as well as to meetings of the Board of Directors. • Provide advisory services to members . -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish
