Job Summary: We are seeking a Cargo Inspector to support import and export operational processes by verifying, registering, and reporting cargo discrepancies to ensure proper handling and customs clearance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical verification and registration of cargo in the WMS system 2. Management of inspection documents and reporting of discrepancies 3. Support in warehouse storage and organization of cargo A logistics and freight company is seeking a Cargo Inspector to support import and export operational processes. The candidate will be responsible for physically inspecting cargo, recording quantities, and reporting discrepancies in the WMS system to ensure proper handling and customs clearance. **Main Responsibilities:** Physically inspect cargo and register quantities in the WMS system. Request and review daily operations scheduling. Manage inspection documents for freight carriers and airlines. Report cargo overages, shortages, and discrepancies. Take photographic records of cargo with discrepancies or damage. Conduct cargo searches before reporting shortages. Process flight customs clearance via the WMS operational system. Identify hazard pictograms and apply appropriate cargo handling procedures. Ensure adherence to established timeframes for unloading and customs clearance. Record operational discrepancies in internal forms and systems. Support warehouse storage and organization of cargo. **Requirements:** High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics operations, warehouse activities, or cargo handling. Basic proficiency in office software and email. Strong written communication and spelling skills. Availability to work rotating shifts. **Working Conditions:** Salary: $1\.800\.000 \+ $75\.000 bonus Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with scheduled days off. **Workplace:** On-site employment Workplace: On-site employment
