Job Summary: Responsible for performing general, preventive, and corrective maintenance of machinery, furniture, and facilities, including repairs and tool control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of machinery, furniture, and facilities. 2. Active participation in preventive and corrective maintenance programs. 3. Management of equipment, tools, and supplies for maintenance. Perform repairs and general maintenance of company machinery, furniture, and facilities; inspect, repair, preserve, and carry out minor modifications to installations, assets, furniture, and real estate across all departments; perform corrective, preventive, and scheduled maintenance tasks according to the work plan; identify and report anomalies in installations, equipment, and furniture for repair and maintenance; operate and manage maintenance tools and equipment; operate measuring instruments; carry out assigned activities in compliance with the maintenance program for production plant equipment and company sales points; record executed work on equipment and in leased areas in the designated documentation; follow guidelines regarding order and methodologies provided by the company's Maintenance Manager; prepare quotations and purchase necessary equipment, accessories, tools, and supplies for maintenance. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree Less than 1 year of experience Knowledge: Measuring instruments, Corrective maintenance, Industrial maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Machinery, Repairs Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide, maintenance, conservation, conservacion, mantenimiento
