Analyze, structure, and manage bidding processes in the public and private sectors, ensuring full compliance with technical, legal, and financial requirements, with the objective of securing contracts for event logistics operations. * **Required Experience** * Minimum **2 years** in: * Public and private procurement processes * Preparation and submission of bids * Proficiency with platforms such as SECOP II * Specific experience in: * Event logistics companies or comprehensive service providers **Technical Knowledge** * Colombian state procurement regulations (Law 80 of 1993, Law 1150 of 2007, and regulatory decrees) * Interpretation of: * Terms of reference * Preliminary studies * Amendments * Preparation of: * Technical proposals * Financial proposals (costs, AIU, budgets) * Legal documentation * Proficiency in: * Advanced Excel * Budgeting and quotations * Knowledge of: * Event logistics operations (setup, personnel, transportation, catering, POP materials, tickets) Workplace: On-site employment
