Salary and Benefits * Base salary: *$2,200,000* * Legal transportation allowance: *$249,095* * Extra-legal allowance: *$500,000* * Overtime and surcharge payments in accordance with applicable law. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. * Occasional availability to work on Sundays and holidays as required by production needs. Main Responsibilities * Assemble structures and components for the manufacture of cargo vans and vehicle bodies (floors, walls, roofs, fronts, and doors). * Perform cutting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembly tasks. * Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work. * Verify quality of processes and finished products. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements * Minimum *2 years of experience* as a Welder Assembler in the manufacture of vehicle bodies, cargo vans, or metal structures. * Knowledge of: * Technical drawing interpretation. * Welding symbols. * Assembly and mounting processes for metal structures and cargo vans. * Minimum academic qualification: *Primary education*, equivalent to verifiable experience.
