At Falabella Retail Colombia, we are seeking our next Development Engineer II, based in Bogotá, Colombia. We are Falabella—a diverse team of over 100,000 collaborators, comprising major brands: Falabella Retail, Sodimac, Banco Falabella, Seguros Falabella, Tottus, Mallplaza, Open Plaza, and Linio. Today, we operate in seven Latin American countries, with additional offices in China and India. What is your mission? Process automation with experience in Python development and in consuming/creating APIs, focused on optimizing workflows. What will you do daily? 1. Automate processes to optimize time in operational areas using tools such as PL/SQL, SQL Server, and Python. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data required for risk identification, assessment, and control. 3. Build databases and develop queries per business requirements. 4. Manage existing applications and existing data/reporting automations. 5. Provide support for existing applications and existing automations.
