The professional will be responsible for on-site verification, document control, inspections, work permits, and continuous supervision of high-risk activities. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields. * Valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) license (mandatory). * Valid Height Work Coordinator certification (Resolution 4272) (mandatory). * Valid Authorized Worker at Heights training course. * Valid 50-hour Occupational Safety and Health course issued by the Ministry of Labor (mandatory). * Minimum experience: 1 year in HSE roles for industrial projects, installations, dismantling, or construction. * Knowledge of work permits, inspections, incident reporting, PPE control, and hazard matrix management. * Immediate availability. **Main Responsibilities** * On-site HSE support during dismantling activities. * Verification of compliance with safety protocols, working-at-heights procedures, and work permits. * Daily inspections of equipment, tools, work areas, and PPE. * Documentation management of the OSH Management System (SG-SST) on site. * Recording, reporting, and follow-up of incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * Training and awareness-raising among personnel regarding safe practices. * Supporting the project supervisor in operational decisions related to safety.
