Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here: https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute the business plan with a focus on demand generation (Farmer). * Prioritize actions with high-potential purchasing Farmers (Mega and Big Growers). * Execute the action plan designed jointly with channels and the marketing team. * Implement loyalty programs with key Farmers (Mega and Big Growers). * Address customer complaints and concerns—Farmers; manage the relationship with the assigned channel (Channel). * Develop, implement, and monitor the assigned channel’s Business Plan. * Monitor and implement actions to ensure effective Product-to-Field Deployment (SPC) management at the assigned distributor. * Position key brands within the BCS portfolio (Portfolio). * Implement promotional plans from marketing initiatives and the Value Partner Program with channels. * Fulfill the annual demonstration plot plan. * Train channel sales forces on products. * Comply with company policies, standards, and procedures (Internal Processes). * Comply with the Corporate Compliance Policy. * Apply Internal Organization Standards (NOIs). * Deliver high-quality reports and zone-level reports on time. * Monitor competitor pricing, campaigns, and activities. * Implement the AgroVida program in the assigned zone to comply with HSE standards. * Lead the promoter team within each channel, ensuring standardized activities focused on demand generation. **WHO YOU ARE** * Agricultural Engineer—with experience in technified crops. * Minimum 3 years’ experience engaging Farmers and Integrators in the Casanare region. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a promoter or Technical Sales Representative (RTV). * Technical Skills: professional selling, effective presentations, MS Office, planning. * Commercial Skills: high-value relationship building and development; business planning with channels and Farmers; implementation of demand-generation activities. * Interpersonal Skills: effective communication, leadership of promoter teams. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** * Full-time employment contract. * Wide range of development opportunities. * Competitive salary and attractive benefits package. * Favorable working conditions and a comfortable work environment. * Work-life balance—family and career compatibility matter to us.
