We are looking for a Technical or Technological graduate in Gastronomy, a Kitchen Assistant, or a related field, with a food handling certification, knowledge of waste management, and preferably experience in preparing cold dishes, hot dishes, and pastries. Key responsibilities include supporting ingredient preparation according to the Chef’s and Sous Chef’s instructions—performing tasks such as cutting, peeling, chopping, and measuring food items. Additionally, you will assist in preparing simple dishes; maintain kitchen order, cleanliness, and sanitation of utensils and equipment; inspect the condition of supplies; support inventory control; and contribute to meeting quality, hygiene, and food handling standards—ensuring efficient service during operations. **Work Location:** NORTE DE BOGOTÁ (197 CON AUTOPISTA MEGA OUTLET)\- CUNDINAMARCA. **Essential Requirements:** · Technical or Technological degree in Gastronomy, Kitchen Assistant, or related fields. · Food handling certification. · Knowledge of waste management. · Preferably experience in preparing cold dishes, hot dishes, and pastries. · Minimum one (1\) year of experience in similar roles. · Ability to work collaboratively, under pressure, and with attention to detail. **Specifications** **Salary:** 1\.750\.905 \+ Tips **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable, with potential conversion to indefinite term. **Availability to work weekly rotating shifts.** **Additional benefits for joining this great family!** We offer a nationwide free gym, benefits for employees and their families, plus other internal benefits.
