Job Summary: We are seeking a Locative Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture, ensuring their proper operation. Support in assembly and adaptation of furniture and equipment We require personnel for our team to work as a Locative Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Assistant, with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in this role, preferably in the hotel or similar building sector. MAINTENANCE STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture. * Daily inspection of rooms, common areas, offices, and other company premises. * Execute basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing as required. * Promptly report major damages or issues requiring specialized intervention. * Ensure proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, and household appliances. * Maintain control and proper use of assigned tools, materials, and supplies for maintenance tasks. * Respond to maintenance requests reported by various departments of the company or hotel. * Assist in assembling, relocating, or adapting furniture and equipment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations during task execution. * Conduct periodic inspections to prevent damage or risks to infrastructure. * Complete maintenance forms, reports, or logs when required. * Assist in emergency situations related to locative or technical damage. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
