We are looking for a **Logistics Nurse** who is dynamic, organized, and possesses leadership skills to coordinate our healthcare team and contribute to smooth operational functioning.
Your main challenge:
You will be responsible for **coordinating and managing healthcare personnel operations**, ensuring appropriate planning, coverage, and service organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading teams of **nursing assistants and professional nurses**.
* Developing, managing, and monitoring **staff shift schedules**.
* Coordinating changes, incidents, and adjustments in staff scheduling.
* Monitoring availability and coverage of the healthcare team.
* Supporting the organization and optimization of human resources.
* Facilitating effective communication among teams and across organizational departments.
* Responding promptly to operational incidents.
* Contributing to compliance with quality, safety, and humanization standards in service delivery.

**Contract type:** Indefinite-term
