Your key responsibilities include: * Leading teams of **nursing assistants and professional nurses**. * Developing, managing, and monitoring **staff shift schedules**. * Coordinating changes, incidents, and adjustments in staff scheduling. * Monitoring availability and coverage of the healthcare team. * Supporting the organization and optimization of human resources. * Facilitating effective communication among teams and across organizational departments. * Responding promptly to operational incidents. * Contributing to compliance with quality, safety, and humanization standards in service delivery.
