




An Analytics Data Modeler interprets data and transforms it into information to provide ways of improving a business based on business decisions. Factory analysts gather information from diverse sources and interpret patterns and trends. Once the data has been processed, the individual must be capable of reporting results with the highest possible quality and clarity to various business units. The candidate must be open to innovation and new trends. * Understand and examine different data sources, as well as platforms and algorithms * Develop and maintain statistical models oriented toward Credit Scoring, segmentation, and fraud prevention, meeting defined objectives in terms of quality, cost, and time. * Design reports of varying types tailored to business needs * Deliver proposals adapted to internal and/or external customer requirements, fulfilling expectations to achieve the highest level of satisfaction. * Execute already-standardized processes while also proposing new standards for the area overall. * Collaborate with internal and external users to identify data requirements and delivery mechanisms. Experience and Skills * Education: Bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in Statistics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Systems Engineering. * Technical knowledge: Programming languages: Python (mandatory), Spark (mandatory), SQL (mandatory), R (recommended), and Pandas (recommended). * Intermediate English proficiency * • Time and priority management • Communication skills • Time and priority management • Goal setting and execution • Prior experience in Banking, Telecommunications, or IT preferred • Teamwork * More than 3 years of experience applying the technical requirements described above in Analytics and/or Business Intelligence roles.
