A leading technology company is seeking an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Coordinator**, a **technologist in OSH (with professional training)**, to lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS)**, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations (Decree 1072 of 2015, Resolution 0312 of 2019, and ISO 45001) and RUC. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the design, updating, and monitoring of the OSH-MS; leading hazard identification, risk assessment and control; conducting safety inspections; coordinating trainings, inductions, and prevention campaigns; supporting incident and occupational accident investigations; managing indicators and reports; and providing support and advisory services to the Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee (COPASST) and the Labor Coexistence Committee. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the liaison with operational and administrative departments to ensure proper execution of OSH programs. **Requirements:** * Technologist in Occupational Safety and Health (preferably a professional in OSH or related fields with specialization in OSH). * Valid OSH license. * Valid certification as Coordinator for Work at Heights. * Valid 50-hour or 20-hour course on OSH-MS. Minimum 1–3 years of experience coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the OSH-MS.
