A well-established promotional products manufacturing company is seeking a Cost Analyst. Responsibilities: * Create and maintain an up-to-date process database aligned with production lines. * Verify hourly output quantities for core product processes. * Develop cost sheets according to requested projects. * Close out sold products monthly: download the PDF generated by Odoo, calculate commissions, sum them to determine actual margin; additionally, enter unit price and projected margin as specified by the Cost Department. * Maintain updated internal product price lists based on quoted items. * Classify and clean up raw materials, supplies, and finished goods in Odoo. * Deliver monthly reports requested by Management. * Prepare profitability reports by product or customer. * Present analyses and recommendations to senior management. * Serve as backup for MC code creation when the Production Assistant is absent. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor consistent with the nature of the position. * Work with management systems (ERP such as Odoo) and advanced Excel. * Ensure accuracy of financial and inventory records. \* * **Contract: Fixed-term, renewable.
