At Integral S.A., we are seeking an HSEQ Officer Manager, who will be responsible for leading Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management in high-risk projects within the electrical sector, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to client-defined standards. **Job Objective:** Lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management in high-risk projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to client standards. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the project's HSEQ system. Lead field-based HSE teams. Supervise high-risk activities (lifting operations, work at height, electrical sector). Manage audits and compliance with ISO standards. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related fields. Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Five years of OHS experience (ten years preferred). Three years coordinating HSE in high-risk industrial sectors (electrical sector preferred). **Certifications:** ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor. Work-at-Height Coordinator. First Aid.
