




Our company is seeking top talent to join our team, specifically for the position of Support Engineer. Job Objective: Manage and resolve various requirements reported in the Company’s applications used by internal and external clients; additionally, support various operational segments within the Engineering Department (Infrastructure, Clients, Data Center, among others), ensuring service continuity for both external and internal clients. Job Responsibilities: Respond to cases reported by internal and external clients. Document all actions performed on various platforms. Diagnose and perform troubleshooting. Carry out service provisioning activities. Manage infrastructure, IT, client, data center, and other related activities. Conduct on-site visits to resolve incidents. Propose improvement actions across various aspects of the department. Participate in projects currently being developed by the department. Provide support and assistance to various departments across the Company. Academic Degree Awarded: Professional Field of Study and/or Training Program: Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge Requirements: Office productivity tools, servers, telephone systems, Active Directory, data centers, networking, SharePoint, computer hardware assembly, preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, satellite technology, device configuration, project management. Experience: 2 years Work Schedule: Rotating shift with flexible availability. Travel availability required.
