Creative improvement proposals for concepts **Senior Video Editor — Full Time (Remote)** **Monthly Salary:** $2,500,000 – $4,500,000 COP *(Final range will depend on technical level, experience, and portfolio quality.)* **About DSPR TEAM** We are DSPR TEAM, a creative agency based in Puerto Rico and Florida, focused on high-impact digital content for restaurants, brands, local businesses, and commercial campaigns. We operate at real-world production pace: multiple clients, constant deliveries, and content that doesn’t just look good — it sells. We seek a Senior Video Editor with proven experience, speed, visual judgment, and advanced technical expertise in post-production. We are not looking for junior or developing profiles. The position is full time, remote, and requires professional commitment. **Responsibilities** * Editing vertical and horizontal content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, and Facebook) * Advanced use of After Effects: * masks * rotoscoping * tracking * motion graphics * VFX * transitions and animations * Integration of AI tools applied to video (Runway, Pika, D\-ID or others) * Color correction, audio cleanup, and commercial narrative pacing * Organized, publish-ready delivery (Frame.io / Drive / Dropbox) * Meeting demanding deadlines while maintaining consistent quality * Proposing creative improvements for concepts **Essential Requirements** Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional experience * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects * Solid experience in VFX, tracking, and motion graphics * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AI video tools * A powerful computer and stable internet connection * Full-time remote availability * A real portfolio edited entirely by the candidate (no templates or academic projects) **Desirable Requirements (Plus)** * Experience creating content for restaurants or commercial brands * Basic knowledge of visual branding * Experience generating shots or scenes using AI **What We Value in Your Work** * Speed without compromising quality * Extreme attention to detail * Ability to enhance any raw material * Modern, commercial, and engaging style * Professionalism and responsibility **How to Apply** You must submit: * Portfolio link featuring videos edited entirely by you * Updated CV * A brief note explaining why you would be a key asset to DSPR TEAM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * 1\.
