We are looking for a **Lead Site Reliability Engineer** to oversee and enhance EPAM's Compute Managed Services. In this role, you will ensure operational stability through round\-the\-clock monitoring, incident handling, and automation within multi\-cloud environments. Join our team to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence in delivering reliable compute services. *We accept* *CVs in English only.* **Responsibilities** * Conduct 24/7 surveillance of compute platforms using ELK and PagerDuty * Oversee incident and problem management for servers, middleware, OS, and cloud environments, including diagnosis and root cause analysis * Implement repaving processes, manage changes, and execute disaster recovery protocols * Maintain security compliance, vulnerability management, and oversee user and certificate lifecycle * Process service requests, perform configuration changes, and extract audit data as needed * Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for infrastructure management * Partner with teams to boost automation and enhance service reliability **Requirements** * Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure, plus strong Linux administration skills with over 5 years of experience * Hands\-on experience using automation tools including Terraform, Python, Ansible, and Bash * Solid knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions like Elastic Stack and Grafana * Well\-versed in incident management workflows and problem\-solving techniques * Experienced in security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and compliance adherence * Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills * Familiar with disaster recovery and operational recovery strategies * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2\) **We offer** * Learning Culture \- We want you to be the best version of yourself, that is why we offer unlimited access to learning platforms, a wide range of internal courses, and all the knowledge you need to grow professionally * Health Coverage \- Health and wellness are important, that is why we have you and up to four family members in a premiere health plan.
