This is your place.**\n\n**What does the role involve?**\n\nWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will become a strategic ally to our clients at Clientify.\n\nYour mission will be to guide them in using the platform, ensure they maximize its features, and support them in achieving their marketing, sales, or communication goals.\n\n**What responsibilities will you have?**\n\n* Accompany the client throughout their entire lifecycle at Clientify, from onboarding to retention.\n* Conduct proactive follow-ups, identifying improvement opportunities and taking actions that drive customer success.\n* Resolve functional and strategic questions about the platform, both in individual sessions and daily communications.\n* Detect signs of risk or underuse, and work on action plans to improve adoption and satisfaction.\n\nYou will be their main point of contact—someone who helps them overcome obstacles, seize opportunities, and improve their results with Clientify.\n\n* Collaborate with support and sales teams, providing feedback and ensuring a seamless customer experience.\n* Gain in-depth knowledge of Clientify, its solutions, and new updates, so you can translate them into real value for the customer.\n\n**What skills do you need to master?**\n\nBefore taking charge of your client portfolio, you will go through a training and adaptation period where you’ll become familiar with the platform, internal processes, and common inquiries.
