**Job Objective:** Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (Quality, HSE, Environmental, and Road Safety), ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of organizational processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with legal requirements in HSE, Quality, and environmental management. * Maintain updated documentation of the Integrated Management System (manuals, procedures, and records). * Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits for ISO standards. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Coordinate awareness and training activities related to the IMS. * Support the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Associate or professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in HSE, road safety, environmental management systems, and ISO certifications. * **Desirable:** Experience in the transportation or logistics sector. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. (Cali Norte) Employment type: Full-time
