Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your role at Baxter** Support the implementation of internal communication strategies by creating and managing content (articles, blogs, videos, newsletters, presentations, among others). Contribute to strengthening organizational culture through brand awareness programs and employee feedback collection, ensuring timely, effective, and valuable communication for the organization. **What you will do at Baxter** * Ensure message consistency across all communication channels, effectively balancing multiple tasks and priorities. * Manage communication channels for the Cali plant, including facility updates, policies, trainings, cultural survey results, success stories, safety incidents, executive visits, urgent notices, and general interest topics. * Administer and update internal communication platforms such as the communications and culture website, intranet site, and content calendars, ensuring information is current and engaging. * Coordinate the management of portals and messaging media, including cascade emails, TV screens, posters, signage, and other visual communication supports. * Design and produce internal communication materials such as newsletters, posters, presentations, videos, invitations, recognitions, and audiovisual content, as well as manage the plant’s photo library. * Plan and support logistics for internal events and activities, including recognition ceremonies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, stakeholder visits, and employee engagement sessions. * Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments on cultural change programs, brand strengthening, measuring communication effectiveness metrics, and generating organizational value. * Comply with current regulations regarding health, environment, and safety as defined in CO6001A, applicable quality regulations and standards (GMP, quality manuals and procedures), Supply Chain Security, integrated energy management system, and policies. **What you will bring** * University degree in Communications or related fields. * Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of communications. * Advanced English (conversational and written). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * Knowledge of graphic design and production of visual materials. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere, Dreamweaver) and Canva. * Ability to write reports, correspondence, and corporate communication documents. #LI-GR1 **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
