





A leading company in the logistics and engineering sector is seeking an Administrative and Human Talent Analyst with experience in * Full and timely payroll processing for employees. * Application and validation of payroll events: disabilities, leaves of absence, absences, vacations, wage garnishments, among others. * Labor settlements and contract administration. * Management and reconciliation of social security and parafiscal contributions. * Generation of reports, supporting documents, and labor certifications. * Administration and entry of payroll events into the payroll system. * Support during internal and external audits related to the payroll process. * Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Preparation of reports using advanced Excel and efficient use of Office tools (Word, Excel). **Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or degrees related to Human Resource Management or Accounting. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in office software (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint). * Administrative control and follow-up. * Experience managing inventory and procurement software (preferred). **Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail, teamwork and ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Salary negotiable.
