Physical Bulletin Board: Collect information throughout the week / Select relevant information for publication / print and aesthetically and logically arrange publications on the bulletin board. Al Día: Manage information / perform critical analysis on what should be published and what not / search for graphics or create notes / save as images in a preferred folder / open the editable Al Día template / add notes (images) and create the newsletter every Thursday for publication on Fridays. Al Día Móvil: same content featured in Al Día; select information of interest to plant personnel / design Al Día Móvil using the designated template located in the 'editar' folder, use discretion when selecting content, and finally send it to assistants at each plant Webinar or Webcast: Communications professionals will send the access link and stream live / two or three days prior, or even one day before, conduct audio and video tests / reserve the room in advance with the administrative services apprentice / during the test, also verify the sound and video quality of the reserved room Periodico Luz Verde: This newspaper arrives at the Administrative Headquarters / it is received and distributed: first provide a copy to directors, coordinators and manager, then efficiently distribute among other employees ensuring coverage for everyone. Birthdays: Design monthly birthday displays published on the physical bulletin board. For plants, ensure delivery to digital bulletin boards with all birthdays from each plant. Send physical birthday cards to plant managers so they can deliver them to each employee during in-plant birthday celebrations at the manager's discretion Tiempo Para Todos (TPT): Training and quality-of-life activities at plants must be addressed from two perspectives: All TPTs must be photographed for respective publication in Al Día, Digital and physical bulletin boards. Develop a TPT for employee learning, training and entertainment. Topic must be approved by supervisor; strategy developed, planned, audiovisual materials created and activity executed. Contractor and Supplier Access: Manage supplier entry through the online access tool, ensuring compliance with company requirements for movement within plants Activity Logistics: Request refreshments and transportation required for department activities, carry out registrations, quotations and other logistical tasks Database Update: Keep the zone staff database updated with photos Document Archiving in Employee CVs: Perform document archiving in employee CVs through TAI and the provider Design: Create audiovisual materials that enable communication with all zone personnel Support to Areas and Processes: Generate synergy with Health, SISO, Environment, Operations and Administrative Services departments to create audiovisual materials that communicate ongoing work from each area and produce training materials Training Projects: Support any training projects required by leadership We are an equal opportunity employer.
