We are seeking an **Infrastructure and Technology Analyst** to support the management, administration, and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, security, performance, and availability of IT services. **Requirements** **Education** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in infrastructure, networking, data centers, or cloud services. * Experience in operating and supporting **on-premise, hybrid, or cloud** environments (preferably **Microsoft Azure**). **Technical Knowledge** * Basic administration of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). * Management of **Windows and Linux** servers. * Networking: LAN, VPN, firewalls, and load balancers. * Configuration and support of **Microsoft 365** (user management, security policies, backups). * Execution of **backups, restorations, and contingency plans**. * Infrastructure monitoring and incident response. * Documentation of technical procedures. **Desirable Experience** * Integration of healthcare systems with cloud platforms. * Security for on-premise, hybrid, or cloud infrastructure. * Participation in **ISO 27001** certification processes or other security standards. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Task organization and follow-up. * Commitment to continuous learning. * Commitment to information security. **What We Offer** - Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. - Indefinite-term contract - Work mode: 90% remote work - Birthday leave day - Special paid leaves - Performance incentives Job type: Full-time, Indefinite-term
