At Acema Ingeniería, we are seeking a **Financial Fundraising Executive in Medellín** **Join our team!** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project financial structuring, corporate banking, project finance, or financial evaluation. * Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is desirable, preferably in photovoltaic solar projects. * Demonstrable experience in advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario development. * Participation in due diligence processes, financial closings, or engagement with banks and trust entities. * Knowledge of the Colombian financial market, green financing lines, and debt mechanisms for capital-intensive projects. **Knowledge:** * Advanced financial modeling (cash flow, IRR, NPV, WACC, sensitivities, bankability ratios). * Debt and equity structuring for infrastructure or energy projects. * Understanding of financial and tax incentives applicable to renewable energy (Law 1715 and related regulations). * Proficiency in key indicators: benchmark rates, inflation, country risk, availability of green financing lines. * Familiarity with the financial closing process, guarantees, covenants, and precedent/ subsequent conditions. * Competence in financial analysis tools (advanced Excel and/or equivalent software). **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and validate financial models for in-house solar projects. * Prepare presentations, financial reports, and information required by banks and investors. * Coordinate internally with technical, legal, development, and management teams to consolidate key information. * Identify financial, technical, regulatory, and market risks, proposing mitigation strategies. * Support external parties during financial due diligence processes. * Monitor financial market trends, interest rates, macroeconomic conditions, and relevant regulations. * Maintain up-to-date portfolio tracking indicators and tools. * Prepare periodic reports for management on financing progress, financial costs, and overall portfolio status. * Manage strategic relationships with banks, trust entities, investment funds, and multilateral institutions. * Negotiate the most competitive possible financial terms: interest rates, tenors, guarantees, and financing instruments. * Ensure compliance with banking requirements for financial closings and disbursements. * Guarantee that the financial model accurately reflects the project’s technical, legal, and operational conditions. * Ensure proper financial documentation and traceability of information provided to external entities. * Drive internal financing strategies, capital optimization, and project prioritization based on profitability. **We want to meet you!** Send your resume to desarrollo.humano@acemaingenieria.com Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
