CURRENT MINIMUM LEGAL SALARY PLUS STATUTORY BENEFITS **Functions – Support Level 1** * Handle and record incidents reported by users through the Help Desk system (GLPI, OTRS, Freshdesk or similar). * Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and local network failures. * Install, configure, and update operating systems and authorized applications. * Assist in creating, modifying, and deleting users in Active Directory, email, and internal systems (under supervision). * Document handled cases following established procedures. * Escalate higher-level incidents to the Level 2 Support or Infrastructure team. * Assist the IT team in implementing basic cybersecurity policies (antivirus, passwords, lockouts, etc.). * Provide support in the installation and connection of new or replacement equipment. * Assist in managing inventory of equipment, licenses, and peripherals.
