Provide reliable, timely, and analytical information to support decision-making by the Financial Manager and General Management, ensuring the organization’s economic sustainability, liquidity, profitability, and regulatory compliance. **Job Profile (Detailed) Academic Background** * Professional degree in Public Accounting with a valid professional license. * Specialization in Finance, Financial Management, Taxation, or related fields. * A master’s degree in corporate finance, auditing, or financial analytics is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum 7 years of experience in managerial or responsible positions within accounting and finance departments. * Experience managing IFRS implementation, internal/external audits, and national and local taxes. * Experience in consulting, engineering, professional services, or companies heavily engaged in public/private contracting. **Technical Knowledge** * **Colombian accounting standards** and **IFRS for SMEs / Full IFRS**, as applicable. * **Current tax regulations:** DIAN (National Tax and Customs Directorate), UGPP (General Payroll and Parafiscal Contributions Unit), ICA (Industry and Commerce Tax), Withholding Tax, VAT, Income Tax, Magnetic Media Reporting, Electronic Invoicing, RUT (Taxpayer Identification Number), Tax Returns, Transfer Pricing (if applicable). * **Financial indicators:** liquidity ratios, profit margin, EBITDA, ROA, ROE, current ratio, working capital. * **Cash flow management, treasury operations, collections, payments, debt management, costs, and budgeting.** * **Labor regulations applicable to payroll** (tax withholdings, parafiscal contributions, social security). * **Basic public procurement regulations**, interpretation of financial bidding documents, and preparation of tender reports. * **Tools:** Siigo Cloud, Advanced Excel, Power BI. **Competencies** * Advanced financial analysis * Leadership and decision-making * Strategic planning * Documental order and discipline * Effective technical communication * Strong accounting and financial judgment * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement Employment type: Full-time
