Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Advisor to provide support in service delivery-related activities, with a focus on customer service and process coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of reception, customer service, and client support functions 2. Coordination of activities and telephone support 3. Proficiency in process coordination, planning, follow-up, control, and sense of urgency Serfuncoop - Los Olivos, a company with over 36 years of experience in the funeral pre-need and funeral services sector, requires a COMPREHENSIVE ADVISOR for its Venadillo office, who will support all activities related to service delivery. Requirements - Education: High school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields (preferred) - Experience: Minimum 1 year of certified experience performing reception, customer service, activity coordination, and telephone support functions. - Skills in process coordination, planning, follow-up, control, and sense of urgency - Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. We Offer Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
