




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator in the Construction sector to manage real estate procedures, ensure documentary compliance, and monitor key performance indicators for real estate sales. Participate in deed-signing and property delivery events A construction-sector company requires an Operations Coordinator with 2 years of experience in related roles within the construction industry, responsible for all activities necessary to properly perform job functions. Job Objective Manage procedures before notaries, trust companies, CCFs, banks, registry offices, and welfare entities; initial management of subsidies and mortgages. Must carry out staff onboarding processes, execution of purchase agreement promises, addenda, title studies, deed signing, disbursement of properties committed for sale, collection of subsidies and mortgage loans, tracking of procedures, data entry into SINCO, management of assigned procedures, preparation of reports for the department head, and customer service and management. Main Functions Guarantee final sale completion through deed signing and property deliveries. Availability to attend purchase agreement promise signings, deed signings, and procedures before notaries, banks, trust companies, and government entities. Ensure compliance with company-required documentation for proper legal processing of files. Track KPIs including: o Signed purchase agreement promises. o Approved and legalized loans. o Completed deed signings. o Pending portfolio closure. o Customer response times. Organize, analyze, and manage transactions for pre-purchase-agreement loan and subsidy approvals. Review customer portfolio status and request adjustments prior to purchase agreement promise signing. Prepare scheduling for purchase agreement promise or addendum signings for real estate properties and coordinate the entire signing process with the commercial department. Availability to travel to notaries, financial institutions, registry offices, trust companies, and real estate projects as needed. Participation in mass deed-signing and property delivery events. Real estate and registry regulations. Management of mortgage loans and residential leasing. Job Requirements · Education: University degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields; Lawyer. Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Knowledge of all real estate procedure processes, both pre- and post-deed signing. Customer and portfolio collection management, plus legal knowledge relevant to procedural matters. Experience: 2 years of experience in this position. Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency.
