Job Summary: We are seeking an implementation specialist to conduct visits to points of sale, install displays, negotiate installations, and support logistical processes in the warehouse. City: Ibagué Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (for specific work or services) Work Schedule: Full-time Payment: Bi-weekly Position: IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST Base Salary: $1,750,905 Pro-rated Food Allowance: $50,000 Working Hours: Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are non-working days. Responsibilities: • Visit 4 to 5 sectorized points of sale daily • Install displays at points of sale • Negotiate installations with point-of-sale managers • Support logistical processes in the warehouse • Perform inventory management, goods receipt, dispatch, and POP material preparation • Ensure compliance with established logistical processes Requirements: • Valid food handling certification • Experience in implementation, logistics, or marketing • Knowledge of hand tools and power drills • Commercial and negotiation skills • Positive attitude and willingness to perform fieldwork Immediate hiring.
