Job Summary: This role involves ensuring the execution and follow-up of technical services for electronic security systems, supporting customers and maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution and follow-up of scheduled technical services. 2. Customer support in the use of electronic security systems. 3. Generation of technical reports and inventory management. 1. Strictly adhere to technical service appointments scheduled by our support technicians with our client to perform technical inspections. 2. Effectively and promptly conduct follow-ups on performed technical services and/or services requiring additional visits and/or remaining pending for resolution. 3. Support external customer requests regarding proper usage of their electronic security system. 4. Support the maintenance department by conducting customized technical visits to rectify technical faults that an electronic security system may present. 5. Generate appropriate, accurate, and clear technical reports so that every electronic security system installed and/or monitored by the company complies with the quality standards established by the company. 6. Manage the inventory of equipment and materials assigned by the company for the proper execution of assigned tasks. 7. Manage and administer technical and personal information related to alarm systems and/or our clients’ systems, provided by the company to execute assigned tasks. Ensure such information is used exclusively within the security and confidentiality parameters established by the company and stipulated in Colombian data protection law.
