**HUMAN TALENT ASSISTANT** A leading company dedicated to processing meat products is looking for a Human Talent Assistant to strengthen its team. We are seeking a proactive, honest individual with a strong sense of responsibility who desires job stability and growth opportunities within the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical or technological degree in human resources management or related fields. \- Minimum one year of experience in: * Social security affiliation processes. * Administrative processes related to human talent. * Drafting and managing labor contracts. \- Intermediate level in office tools (Excel, Word, email). \- Availability to work on-site in Funza, Cundinamarca. \- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and occupational health and safety regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Manage employee affiliations to EPS, ARL, AFP, and compensation funds. \- Monitor and track attendance and personnel updates. \- Submit and follow up on medical leave claims with the relevant entities. \- Upload and validate electronic social security payroll reports. \- Prepare statements of defense and support disciplinary procedures. \- Support personnel selection and recruitment processes. \- Draft and manage employment contracts according to company conditions and needs. \- Provide support in onboarding and re-onboarding new or returning employees. \- Administer, organize, and maintain the human talent document archive in compliance with current regulations. \- Keep the employee database updated with accurate information. \- Control and manage the distribution of uniforms and work equipment, ensuring inventory compliance. \- Assist the person in charge of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in their activities. **WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **SALARY:** Negotiable, depending on candidate's experience and knowledge.
