We are assembling a high\-caliber technical team with the ambition to build a transformative solution for the industry. **Role Mission** As a Software Engineer at Telepatia, your mission is to transform cutting\-edge AI research into production systems capable of handling thousands of concurrent clinical sessions with reliability, speed, and trust. You will own critical components of our infrastructure—ranging from backend microservices and data pipelines to lightweight front\-end interfaces—ensuring the product is robust for the doctors who rely on it daily. You will join a compact, specialized team where individual output directly influences product velocity, client trust, and patient care. This role is designed for builders who thrive in high\-ownership environments and are motivated to deliver rapid solutions in the healthcare sector. **Key Responsibilities** * **Backend development:** Design, build, and scale backend systems using Python or TypeScript to support real\-time transcription, structured data capture, and AI\-powered clinical workflows. * **Frontend maintenance:** Build and maintain lightweight front\-end interfaces using Flutter to deliver seamless user experiences for clinicians. * **Rapid delivery:** Collaborate closely with clinicians, product managers, and AI engineers to translate ambiguous requirements into production features, often within short timeframes. * **Technical strategy:** Contribute to critical technical decisions regarding infrastructure, cost models, observability, and scalability as the user base expands. * **AI integration:** Collaborate with the AI team on LLM orchestration and AI agent pipelines, integrating these elements into the core medical scribe product. **Essential Qualifications** * **Core competency:** Strong experience in backend or full\-stack development. * **Full\-cycle development:** The ability to work across the technology stack and ship comprehensive features end\-to\-end independently. * **Execution mindset:** A bias toward action and speed; you must enjoy converting ambiguity into production systems quickly without over\-engineering. * **Product velocity:** A focus on impact and delivery speed over theoretical code elegance. * **Autonomy:** Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to operate independently in a high\-ownership role. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the AI application layer, including LLM orchestration, LangChain, vector databases, or evaluation pipelines. * Prior experience with healthcare technology, such as EHR integrations or compliance with HIPAA/LGPD. * Previous experience working in a high\-growth startup environment.
