Our business philosophy centers on our customers, and we take pride in offering the best quality\-to\-price ratio in team sports products. ### **Position:** ### **Human Resources Assistant** ### **Your Role:** * **Attendance \& Payroll:** download and validate daily time punches; correct justified time entries. * **Biometrics \& Onboarding:** capture fingerprints and register in system; manage photos and issue ID badges. * **Labor Compliance:** upload medical leaves (maternity/illness) into **SISALRIL**; complete **DGT\-3/DGT\-4** and other filings with the Ministry of Labor; prepare **ATR\-2** and report incidents to **IDOPPRIL**. * **Document Management:** receive and file permits, licenses, and letters; maintain updated records and databases in Drive. * **Asset Control:** record issuance/return of uniforms, ID badges, radios, laptops, and other equipment. * **Training \& Culture:** register participants, organize materials; support events, recognitions, and team building activities. * **Employee Support:** follow up on requests and inquiries, and validate attendance updates with supervisors. ### **Requirements:** * Student or graduate with a degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 1\+ year of experience in operational HR roles (attendance, payroll, records). * Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Drive. * Knowledge of **SISALRIL/IDOPPRIL** processes and **DGT** forms. * Organized, confidential, and empathetic interpersonal skills. ### **Our Culture:** At Sakira, we promote equal opportunities and a safe, respectful environment for all individuals.
