What will you do on a daily basis? * Know, understand, and comply with the policies, rules, and procedures of the IMS in order to contribute to achieving the objectives and goals set by the Company. * Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, supporting the analysis of their causes and implementing resulting controls. * Know, understand, apply, and disseminate IMS policies to contribute to compliance with Company objectives and targets, regulations, legal requirements, and other management requirements. * Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, actively participating in defining corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness. * Coordinate the development of accident and incident investigations occurring within the area under your responsibility and execute the defined action plans, ensuring dissemination of lessons learned. * Be aware of the risks and environmental aspects related to the activities or processes under your responsibility, encouraging subordinates to promptly report any unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and accidents. * Disseminate, review, and ensure implementation of standards, procedures, and proper completion of records supporting integrated management. * Know, understand, and disseminate emergency and contingency plans, ensuring planned actions are carried out, consequences mitigated, and operations restored. * Actively participate and encourage subordinates to engage in the development of activities defined in management programs. * Ensure achievement of performance measurement results for your process, analyzing these results and establishing improvement actions. * Implement Ecopetrol's Integrated Policy within the contract and ensure full compliance by all workers under your supervision. * Ensure compliance with PSS indicators and lead the implementation of improvement actions. * Secure necessary resources to achieve contract-defined goals. * Ensure preventive health and hygiene programs and PSS strategies are conducted to control accident rates and absenteeism. **Requirements** What will make you succeed in this position? * Nursing professional. * Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health. * Certification for working at heights and coordinator certification for working at heights. * Training associated with the position as defined in the Training Matrix. * Course of 50 and/or 20 hours in Occupational Safety and Health. * Occupational Health License. * Mandatory proficiency in office tools and C1\ driving license. * Three (3\) years of experience in related duties, in hydrocarbon companies.
