Join our mission to help businesses drive success! **About the Role** We are currently seeking SENA apprentices to support the Customer Success department. **Objective** To analyze, satisfy, support, and guide customers throughout all stages of their project. Promoting data analysis, customer retention, improving customer experience, accelerating organizational projects, and contributing to portfolio development. **Responsibilities:** * Establish a good relationship with the customer to accelerate projects. * Analyze customer data to improve their experience. * Coordinate customer needs with the production team to streamline project management. * Manage tasks ensuring an optimal customer experience. * Review, document, and expand the necessary information to initiate the project with the client, based on sales input data. * Reach out to the customer to complete project information and begin project production (WEB, Social Media, SEO). * Address customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience. * Organize all reference documents required to start project production. * Provide key technical information such as: Access credentials, social media linking, etc. * Perform upselling and cross-selling of the services and products we offer. * Complement customer market information based on competitor research and other sources. **Requirements** * Must not have previously held a SENA apprenticeship contract. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (Cali). * Must be a technician or technologist in administrative fields
