




Position: Operations Coordinator at a pyrotechnic games company Main Functions \- Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and restoration of all Christmas lighting elements, lights, programming equipment, animatronics, mapping, projection, and attractions. \- Lead and supervise assigned personnel, planning activities, delegating tasks, and monitoring results. \- Calculate production and labor costs. \- Manage digital inventories: entries, exits, unit and total costs. \- Generate managerial reports on progress, costs, and requirements. \- Ensure industrial safety: enforce PPE, safety protocols, and safe working conditions. \- Research trends and new technologies in lighting, attractions, and entertainment. \- Coordinate logistics: packaging, dispatch, transportation, and careful storage of materials and equipment. \- Maintain warehouses organized, with digital tracking of all incoming and outgoing items. \- Foster a motivated, safe, and respectful work environment. Recommended Academic Background University degree in: Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering Industrial Engineering Business Administration with emphasis on Production or Logistics Or Technology in Electricity, Electronics or Industrial Maintenance (minimum requirement if sufficient experience is demonstrated).
