This position is for SUPPLA CARGO S A S. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure real-time monitoring and tracking of transportation vehicles, verifying compliance with established routes, identifying anomalies during transit, and promptly reporting any deviation or risk situation—thereby supporting asset security and operational continuity. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Administrative Management, Systems, Transportation, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in vehicle monitoring, tracking, route control, asset security, control towers, or monitoring centers. * Proficiency in Office tools, especially **basic/intermediate Excel**. * Familiarity with GPS platforms and satellite monitoring systems is desirable. * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and assertive communication. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Conduct real-time monitoring and tracking of vehicles assigned to operations. * Verify compliance with routes, transit times, and designated checkpoints. * Identify and promptly report anomalies, deviations, unauthorized stops, or events posing risks to operations. * Maintain continuous communication with drivers, carriers, and operational departments to ensure service continuity. * Record anomalies and incidents in designated platforms and databases. * Prepare tracking reports and operational performance indicators. * Escalate promptly any situation that may affect asset security or compliance with service agreements. * Adhere to defined procedures and protocols for transportation operation monitoring.
