Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Drafter with experience in the construction sector to develop drawings and correct designs, ensuring constructability. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and management of commercial area requirements **A civil construction industry company requires a Structural Drafter for its team; candidates must be professionals such as Civil Engineers or Architects, and proficiency in Design and AUTOCAD is mandatory for this position.** **Exclusive Requirements and Experience:** * Proficiency in AUTOCAD software * Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of architectural and hydraulic drawings. Correcting or implementing modifications based on review results, design changes, or instructions from the design director. Developing design proposals according to the project. Coordinating and managing commercial area requirements. Ensuring architecture and its details are constructable. All duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. Salary: $ 3\.000\.000 Direct employment contract with the company. Residency required in Cundinamarca region: Funza, Cota, Tenjo, Siberia, and surrounding areas. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
