Job Summary: Thermoforming machine operator for plastic transformation, adjusting process parameters and performing basic maintenance in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and adjustment of thermoforming machines 2. Preparation and control of process parameters 3. Performing mold changes and basic machine adjustments Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating thermoforming machines; experience in plastic conversion plants is desirable. Education: High school diploma Responsibilities: Operate thermoforming machines according to production orders. Prepare, adjust, and monitor process parameters (temperature, heating time, pressure/vacuum, cooling). Perform mold changes and basic machine adjustments. Work Location: Mosquera Tecplas Industrial Park Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday to fulfill the legal 44-hour workweek, with availability on Saturdays and Sundays depending on production needs.
